Stephen Hilliard, Founder and Artistic Director

A graduate of Wayne State University’s undergrad theatre program at the Bonstelle Theatre, Stephen has over 15 years of theatre experience both in front and behind the curtain. He has cut his acting teeth in productions ranging from Stanley in “Brighten Beach Memoirs”, Ernest in the “Importance of Being Ernest” to Antipholus of Ephesus in Shakespeare’s “The Comedy of Errors”. His directing and costume design credits include, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Plaza Suite”, “Wind in the Willows”, “Noises off”, “Oklahoma”, “Alice in Wonderland”, “Winnie the Pooh” and “Peter Pan”, just to name a few. His true passion has always been theatre for children performed by children. For his children productions, he has written over 10 children’s plays.
